Orders made from Season 7 will be shipped by the brand from which you ordered.
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm GMT.
For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations.

We use both DHL Express and FEDEX for both domestic and international orders. Standard delivery time is 5-7 working days for most items, however, for some brands it may take longer. Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Season 7 cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

Free Returns for UK Customers
All items must be unworn, undamaged and unused.
All items must be returned in its original packaging.
If tags were on item when received, they must still be attached and included.
Customer must notify us within the first 7 days of receiving the item.
We will then provide a return label to ship item back to the brand.
The returned item must arrive to the brand within 14 days of the customers delivery date.
Once your return has been received and accepted by our brand partner, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You can follow the return of your package with our carrier using the tracking number on your Returns Label If you choose, we can issue your refund as Season 7 credit. The amount will apply at checkout the next time you shop with us.
